How do you craft when your fingers are frozen? (my hubby spends the majority of his time at home in the basement or out in the shop, which are cooler than 72, not sure if it would be as cool as 64?).Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03835448913758132227noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9008375791436102784.post-69182534897151823752014-01-09T16:24:05.128-05:002014-01-09T16:24:05.128-05:00oh my- New England has been cold- but I feel for y...oh my- New England has been cold- but I feel for you guys- way too cold! I love that I am in charge of the thermostat- I keep it at 72 degrees....and usually have a blanket on too! My father was a heat miser growing up so I vowed as an adult I would go without something else to pay for heat if I had to....no...not giving up stamping supplies....maybe something like cigarettes...oh- I don't smoke-- so that is something awesome to choose to go without! I too love your card and even enjoy the snow. Walking (i.e. taking dog outside and back in after 5 min) is not so much fun. Warmer tomorrow and the weekend, though, yippee! Best wishes, Susan. Thermostat at 64 degrees? No wonder you're freezing! When I grew up in Northern MN, my Dad always said, "If you're cold, turn the heat up." I think you're cold because your house is too cold - I keep mine at 69F in the winter and I have friends who say my house is too cold! At night I put it down to 65F which is great for sleeping. As for your feet, treat yourself to a pair of Lands End silk sock liners - wear them under a pair of other socks and your feet will be so warm and happy!
