Miscellaneous FYI

If you're using pages torn from a book on a card or other art project, make sure you read the content of the page before using it.

Just sayin'.

You could be inadvertently, um, inappropriate.

Of course, if you mean to be inappropriate, well, that's just fine.

I just don't want you to embarrass yourself.

You're welcome.

  7. No, Patti. Not yours! I really hope if it was a mistake, the artist doesn't read this blog. Then I will feel mean. I hope it was very, very deliberate.

  9. So I shouldn't tear up my second copy of The Story of O for a sympathy card, eh? I have a non valuable Gone with the Wind that I use/tear up and you really do have to watch the text. This is why I love sheet music. ;)

  12. You've just GOT to share the story that prompted this. Frankly, Susan, I do give a damn!

  13. Sorry, Sue. Just take the lesson for what it is...I truly don't want to embarrass the person who did it, in case it was just an accident. Feels too much like gossip.

  14. Sue again. I agree; I just thought it was maybe connected to a funny story. But embarrassing someone isn't funny. And now I'll throw my Playgirl homemade DP away.

  15. Oh my. . . . Unfortunately I work with felons, several of whom are sex offenders. As a result, I am either rarely easily offended or I can make something offensive very easily. I could see me doing something like this and it not even registering. Thanks for the tip!
