I love the starburst flowers. Their graphic style and fun lines make me happy. You'll be seeing more of these. I feel like I've just scratched the surface of possibilities with them!

I love everything about this card. It just feels like it looks right. I'd like to bottle up your design tricks and ingest them myself. Short of that, I'm going to keep reading and learning. Why is this card so pleasing?

ReplyDeleteLove the coloured card base, the contrast of the black and the 'sideways' sentiment (I'm going to have to buy that set again because that sentiment in my set will not stick to my block anymore, no matter how much I clean it - and it's one of my absolute faves!)

ReplyDeleteSusan, this is gorgeous! Those starbursts are so pretty, and pairing them with this color cardstock is beautiful. Love the interest of the sideways sentiment, and the teeny frame of black around the starbursts. Great job putting all this together to make a really attractive card. Can you get HA to give all your followers a discount on those starbursts? I feel a purchase coming on!
