Independence Day Celebration

Happy Independence Day! If you're interested in knowing fun facts about the signatories on the Declaration of Independence, please read my sister's friends' book Signing Their Lives Away. It's fun and fascinating, with a chapter for each person who signed. Some of our founding fathers were downright scandalous.

May your celebrations be safe and full of fun!

This card uses just the first line of a much larger Pledge of Allegiance stamp, with stars and a stripe for embellishment. Minimalist and to the point, yet colorful and interesting!

Supplies
stamps: Stampabilities, Papertrey (Faux Ribbon), Hero Arts (star)
ink: Hero Arts stone washed, red royal; Memento Luxe black
paper: Papertrey white
accessories: none

  3. Lovely card and wishing you Happy 4th July....incidentally, did you know that the Declaration of Independence was printed in Grey's Printing Press in Strabane in Northern Ireland? About 45 mins away from me.
    Have a great day!
