Today, we're combining the One-Layer Wednesday and LITTLE THINGS week. First of all, let's do the LITTLE THINGS: glue pen and glitter!
Yes, I know we did Stickles, so tidy and straightforward, on Sunday, but today, I want to talk about glue pens. LOVE THEM! They are so easy to use to put just a little glue wherever you want it...and adding fine glitter is just perfectly lovely.
See?
The sugar-coated sparkle is delightful! (Click on the photo to see it bigger.) I colored the image with PrismaColor pencils first, then added the glue to the eggs and drew glue lines on the daffodil. A light sprinkle of fine white glitter gives this instant sparkle that works beautifully with the shimmer of the sheer yellow ribbon.
Oh happy sigh!
This image comes from Shady Tree Studio's set Eastertide, which Nancy (the owner of Shady Tree Studio) sent me as a gift. This is just the first of many cards I'll make with this lovely set!
The give-away for today will be one jar of Hero Arts fine glitter and a Quickie Glue Pen. Only one winner today. So make sure you leave your comment answering today's question on the blog post...email replies will not count for the drawing!
Glitter and Glue Pen Give-Away Question
What LITTLE THING could you not clean your house without?
---------------------------------------------------
The One-Layer Wednesday challenge is to use an egg or eggs on your one-layer card. How easy is this! If you're not the Easter basket type, use eggs in a nest...or an egg in a cup, an egg and a chicken, an egg-head cartoon, a good egg, whatever.
Rules for OLW46
1. A one-layer card is a single piece of cardstock folded in half...no other layers.
2. Use an egg or eggs on the card. Be as creative with the theme as you wish. It's not limited to Easter cards.
3. Keep embellishments to a minimum.
4. Post your card on the Internet and link to it using the InLinkz button in the sidebar of Simplicity.
5. Most important rule of all: HAVE FUN!!!
Such a cute Easter Card. I could not clean my house without my Electrolux vacuum. Two sweet dogs and "full of himself" cat leave lots of fuzz balls.
ReplyDeleteCute card, and the glitter is just the perfect touch. Wouldn't want to clean without Orange Clean, the all-purpose cleanser.
ReplyDeleteLovely Easter basket. The eggs look lovely and sugary.
ReplyDeleteI like cleaning with a microfibre cloth. Simple and cheap to use and gets the job done.
I could not clean my house without my steam mop (seriously, the best $50 I've ever spent... it takes a lot to beat my Big Shot out for that title lol). I have about 1000 Sq ft of tile in my house and I mop in less than 10 minutes... :::sigh::: I love that thing :)
ReplyDeleteCute card!! I dont have any egg stamps, but an idea is rattling around in my brain to join the fun. We'll see if it turns out the way I want!! :)
~Kelly
Gorgeous card! I love the sparkle!
ReplyDeleteMy little thing I could not clean the house without is the Magic Eraser! I've actually just started using them, and don't know how I ever got along without them! I also make sure to keep them stocked up! I also use the Magic Eraser Mop!
The little thing I couldn't clean my house without is a swiffer. I need both the dry dust cloths and the wet cloths for a quick clean up. Now I sound like a commercial!
ReplyDeleteI'm with Jessica (comment above). The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, no doubt about it, is the best thing ever! I don't know how it works, but I don't care. It truly is magic! I love your card. Sometimes a card isn't truly dressed until you add a little Hero Arts glitter.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't clean without my rubber gloves. I absolutely hate putting my hands in dishwater.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous card Susan! :) My "little cleaning item" that I can't seem to do without is a sponge! Lol. No matter what I am cleaning it seems like I use one.
ReplyDeleteI don't really clean the house...my husband does (aren't I lucky?). So, I guess he's the thing I can't live without.
ReplyDeleteHa. Ha. Like you are supposed to *clean* your house. Good one.
ReplyDeleteLovely soft and pretty card!
Ha, ha--you are assuming that I actually clean my house!! Well, I guess that the one little thing I couldn't clean without would be paper towels. :)
ReplyDeleteI can't say I clean often enough to have a can't do without item. However, my little spray bottle of GooGone has saved my bacon a number of times for impossible to remove gunk.
ReplyDeleteYour little trick today is one I've used but often forget - thanks for the reminder and your cute little easter card idea...
Lura
Love your card...love the sparkliness!
ReplyDeleteWell, when I DO clean my house, I find that I cannot live without my Swiffer. Love that thing for getting all the dust bunnies and dog hair off the tile and hardwood.
Clean my house? Laughing. It would be nice if I had some little helpers, but they seem to make the most mess. I can't clean my house with the help of a lovely lady every Wednesday morning.
ReplyDeleteThe glue pen and glitter really does give the eggs just the perfect touch, so crisp and sweet!
ReplyDeleteLovely glitter on this card, soft and sparkly yet doesn't scream BLING!
ReplyDeleteThe one litle thing I must have to keep my house clean is my Norwex microfiber window cloth. With just a spritz of water, my windows, mirrors, sinks, taps, and even greasy glass stovetop sparkle with no streaks. I haven't bought glass cleaner in 5 years. I even had to buy my husband one for his truck because he kept taking mine, he claims it's the only thing that works to shine his black truck with no streaks.
The thing that I can't do without is my microfiber cloths...they are amazing for dusting.
ReplyDeleteThe one little thing that I use everyday and a must to clean the house is broom...
ReplyDeleteThe one "little thing" that I must have to clean my house is my honey! He enjoys cleaning and I LOVE to compliment him when it's all done! Then, the two of us can sit back and relax in a CLEAN house...and I have time to check out your blog.
ReplyDeleteBee Jay
I too like my swiffer duster. Quickly removes dust.
ReplyDeleteAdorable card....sweet as sugar! Magic Eraser for me too, although my new B&D mini vac is INCREDIBLE. Sucks up our stink bug invasion quick as a wink and has a nice loooooong cord.
ReplyDeleteLove your sparkling eggs and daffodil!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure I could clean my house without my dust buster!
Our house is all hardwood flooring (except for the stamping room)....if I didn't have a canister sweeper we would be up to our waists in dog hair in a very short time! Thanks for having this fun contest!
ReplyDeleteSWEET! what could be better than sugar coating!!
ReplyDeleteClean house??? haha
My little thing would probably be my Swiffer!
hugs
Lovely Easter card! As for today's question, I would like to say that the little thing without which I cannot clean my house would be my cleaning lady, BUT I can't because I don't have one! ;-( lol
ReplyDeletecute card! I couldn't live without my wetjet swiffer mop. It's so quick and easy. My kids like to clean with it too! Who am I to say that they can't use it??? ;)
ReplyDeleteMy husband bought an iRobot a few years ago. I tried to make him take it back, but he refused. The next day, he called me at work and said "guess where Huey (yes, he named the iRobot) is? Vacuuming UNDER THE BED! From that day on, I could never do without Huey.
ReplyDeleteKegbo
For cleaning, one thing I cannot do without is water . Yup, water. I use microfibre Enjo mitts with water as the primary solvent (lift dirt up). I guess you can argue water is useless without the mitts. I'll have to think about that, but maybe not as I'm off to try my hand on the OLW46 challenge.
ReplyDeletecheers,
Malyn at ThinkInkCreative
Love the basket with the sparkly eggs. My house is all tile and hardwood floors so I use my dry and wet swiffer all the time.
ReplyDeleteLove the softness of the card, the colours and serene scene. My two little cleaning things are my broom and white vinegar and water solution. Great on glass and hardwood floors but still safe enough for little hands to "help" mommy spray.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous Easter card, Susan! The glitter gives that extra pazazz for an extra special card!
ReplyDeleteWhen I'm finished cleaning my home, I not only want it sparkling clean, but also smelling clean without that industrial scent that hangs on for days, so I clean with Mr Clean with Febreze! Oh I love that stuff and it makes my floors sparkle like new! :)
This is such a fun week on your blog. I love all the "little things" for cards, and also the questions - it's interesting to see all the answers.
ReplyDeleteMy essential cleaning item is my microfibre cloth. I love being able to dust and clean without using any chemicals.
I couldn't live without my house cleaner, Catalina.
ReplyDeleteI don't think I could go without my cordless phone. I really don't like dusting but once I'm on the phone I feel the need to keep busy and before I'm finished talking to one of my sisters or good friend I've got all the dusting done and sometimes even more without barely realizing it!
ReplyDeleteClean my house? me? I hate cleaning...I so totally rely on my cleaning lady for that..but if I had to (Like really clean if guests are coming) then its my sponge to the rescue...I go crazy with it. wiping everything down..
ReplyDeleteThat glitter is amazing..do you know you've been going on about bling right since day one? Stickles, sakura glitter pens, rhinestones, and now glitter! Now we have spica pens, glossy accents left!!!
I need that glitter..pretty please! Don't have any! (don't ask hubs, he'll tell you I have glitter stuffed in my socks) But I don't have Hero arts glitter! Honest!
Fab card and loving the sugared effect with the glue pen and glitter.
ReplyDeleteThe thing I couldn't live without when cleaning is . . . . . white wine vinegar!!! It's so versatile cutting through grease and killing germs and cleaning glass and de-scaling etc - you could write a book 101 uses for white wine vinegar (Oh - I think I MIGHT be too late!)
Kathyk
My little thing for cleanibg is a microfibre cloth - dampened with water, it does an amazing job!
ReplyDeleteLovely sparkly card, it's a great stamp
Love the card, looks so sparkly and I bet it looks better in real life!
ReplyDeleteCleaning the house ... ummm ... can I count the vacuum cleaner as a small thing? If not my small thing would be motivation, unfortunately I seem to lack a lot of it at the moment!
Love your sparkly card!
ReplyDeleteI have COPD but can use Scrubbing Bubbles without coughing-seem to use alot of it.
I cannot clean without Mr Clean magic erasers! They are great for just about everything, the bathroom especially. They used to have pads with Mr Clean with Febreeze in them, then they stopped making them before I had a chance to stock up:'{.
ReplyDeleteLove the card today, the little bit of glitter is wonderful.
My Mom used to always say that her house felt clean when her floors and windows were clean. My one thing would be my vacuum. But after reading all of the comments here, I think I'd better get to using my micro fiber cloth - I didn't know it was such a great thing. Love your card - that image is sweet. I love the Quickie pens - very handy item.
ReplyDeleteVery cute card! I really like Lysol wipes, they work great at keeping the bathroom sink clean.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite little thing is multiples -- I keep either a microfiber cloth or swiffer duster tucked away in each room so I can tidy up easily...which is the only way I'll tidy up at all!
ReplyDeleteLovely card, that frosting effect is gorgeous. And to answer your question, I hardly do any cleaning, but if I must, I think those disposable wipes come in very handy. I know, not too great for the environment, but to compensate that I let the cleaning lady use all ecological stuff.
ReplyDeleteI just can't go without my swiffer jet... It vacuums and dusts the floors at the same time.
ReplyDeleteI love glitter too:)
ReplyDeleteIs it cheating to say the one little thing I can't clean without is the girl who comes to clean for me?! LOL I guess it would be. Well, then I guess I will say my swifter dry clothes. I use them for dusting by hand, not just in the dry mop, cleaning the computer and tv screen etc.
Can't clean my house without Bar Keeper's Friend. Love the way it cleans my stove, bathroom stuff and even grout on the floor around the toilet!
ReplyDeleteI like how different this sparkle is from Stickles sparkle. I love Stickles but this technique really does give a more delicate look.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't live without my Bissel Pet Hair Eraser vacuum. It's the first vacuum I've ever had that really gets dog fur off of the furniture and out of the carpet (and it's incredible on car interiors as well!).
Hardwood floors + cat = Microfiber dustmop! 'Nuff said. :)
ReplyDeleteThat darn swiffer has me hooked, on getting all the woozy things out of my house. I like sparkle better, but clean is great.
ReplyDeleteLove the glitter effect on the easter eggs. Makes me think about those special frosted eggs with the miniature scenes insides I used to get sometimes as a little girl. My favorite little thing to clean my house would have to be my old toothbrush which I use to clean the grout and tight corners in the bathrooms. Thanks again for all the good cards ideas.
ReplyDeleteSusan, your card is beautiful! The sparkle adds just the right touch!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite little thing for cleaning are my rubber gloves. I don't wash dishes, clean the bathroom, or anything else without them on!
Hermosa tarjeta, como siempre. Mi elemento indispensable? un paño especial que "absorve" el polvo sin rayar mis superficies. Es un gran invento.
ReplyDeleteHmmm,I have to go look for an egg in my stash to play along.
ReplyDeleteThe little thing I need to clean my house is Irene. She's 5'4" and on her way over in an hour ;)
Maria
The One LITTLE THING could I could not clean my house without is my husband. That's right, ladies. I. Don't. Clean. I do the cooking and my husband does the cleaning. Life is good!
ReplyDeletelcampbel@courts.state.ny.us
My house wouldn't be clean without Sarah, my cleaning lady - but when I do some in between her visits, it's my Swiffer that I grab for floors and dusting!
ReplyDeleteI could not clean without paper towels! I just never got into the rag thing!
ReplyDeleteClean house? What's that? Well, actually, before my Rhumba broke, it was my favourite tool. I could do other things while it did the vaccuuming.
ReplyDeleteMy Swifters on a stick I live in the desert w/ blowing s/storms. I use a w/c so I just push it around on the stick to pick up the sand & dust.
ReplyDeleteI luv how U color Ur eggs. the pastel colors are an elegant simple look
Really cute card, Susan! I love my glue pen too, but I've only used it a couple times and it's evidently dried up or the tip is goofy, because I can't get any more glue out of it. What kind do you have, and does it last? I really don't use much to clean my house --- a dustmop to my hardwood floors and a lambswool duster is about it. Oh, I know! To clean my sliding glass doors from the "love prints" of my little grands, I have this wonderful microfiber cloth that doesn't leave a bit of a streak in the sunlight. Love it!
ReplyDeletei think my favorite cleaning tool is PineSol. i love the aroma!
ReplyDeleteI love my microfiber cloths. Have tons of them. Everywhere. Can't clean without them. ;-)
ReplyDeleteSusan- Your card is wonderful-I really like the sparkly look here!
ReplyDeleteI have to vote for the Mr. Clean Magic sponges. The other thing I can't live without is "Simple Green" BBQ grill cleaner. Haven't tried it on the grill, but for anything that gets baked on your pots, pans, stove-wow, it's amazing stuff! No chemical smell!!
I love your card! Thanks for sharing the glue pen and glitter. I've never tried a glue pen before.
ReplyDeleteMy vacuum is my most important, can't live without cleaning tool. I have a black dog and black hair is everywhere!
I know this sounds mundane, but my most important cleaning tool is a plain cloth rag. I have tons & use a clean one constantly. Hate paper towels for that. I also have never tried a glue pen, but it sounds marvelous! Love your card today!
ReplyDeletePaula in GA
Simply beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThis card is just plain pretty--love it! My favorite cleaning tool in my stamping tower is a lint roller which I use to keep by stamping area free of loose glitter and tiny paper snippets. It's not just for lint anymore.
ReplyDeletewhat a pretty Easter card!
ReplyDeleteone little thing i can't clean without.... probably my swiffer duster and/or my swiffer mop.
My micro-fiber cloths. Reuseable, and they really pick up the dust (and dog hair).
ReplyDeleteFabulous CAS Easter card! Love the glitter and pastel colors! I couldn't clean my house without my Swiffer hand duster. I don't know how the fibers hold that much dust, but it's a wonderful cleaning tool!
ReplyDeleteMy hand held mini vac! Especially in the kitchen floor next to the base boards where all the little crumbs collect! I have windows that slide up and at the base where the window meets the sill there is always lots of gunk. The mini vac is great for this job, too! Oh, and also for cleaning my ceiling fans!
ReplyDeleteThis is a cute card...so delicate!
ReplyDeleteI could not clean my house without my Eureka Boss. It is a heavy bugger...but it has great suction and I use it to grab all those cobwebs in the nooks and crannies.
i can't do without my swifter mop...love how I can do quick mop of my floors!
ReplyDeletelinda patti tpatti@windstream.net
I find myself using plastic storage bins quite a bit. We have a tiny house, no playroom, LOADS of toys and two boys {one is daddy} who LOVE to make messes. The bins help me maintain some level of clean without taking all the fun out of playtime.
ReplyDeleteBesides my cleaning lady every 3 weeks, we LOVE the purple Lysol wipes for daily kitchen counter cleanup!
ReplyDeleteAnd thanks for the cool tip on glue pens and glitter - that was a DUH moment for me. I'm a big Stickles user, but do have some cool fine glitter I like to use on bigger areas - but now I can use it on little areas - especially if I win!! ☺
Oh, yeah...GREAT EASTER CARD! Love the soft colors....and the glitter, of course!
I use the Swiffer hand duster constantly and have one in almost every room. By the way, beautiful card . . . . the glitter adds the final touch.
ReplyDeleteSusan this is so pretty. Makes me yearn for spring as I watch the snow/ice storm outside my window. The kids are home from school today so we are cleaning-love that free?;) help. Could not clean without Lysol cleaner. All purpose for the mop and bathroom cleaner especially for the boy's bathroom.
ReplyDeleteLOL! Clean??? Why bother, the one little thing I have to clean my house is my voice, saying "Go, get out and play!!!" to my 3 kids and hubby...so my home can actully STAY clean (well, as clean as possible for that day). They are the ones that undo all that I do! I am now in transition, teaching them more responsibilities/chores to help me out even in the littlest ways. :) lol!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card with the glittered eggs! Doubt that I have an egg stamp, but I have an idea! Hope to enter the challenge.
ReplyDeleteMy standard for cleaning has lowered over the years. I like vinegar and hot water to wipe down the kitchen cupboards. I also like microfiber cloths, but have never tried the expensive Norwex ones.
My cat's brush! It works just fine cleaning up all the hair tht she sheds everywhere. Freshens up the nap on the couch and chairs.
ReplyDeleteI too use a glue pen for glittering small spaces and lines like florishes and for gluding small petals on paper flowers. Would love some fine glitter!

ReplyDeleteI could not clean my house without an old toothbrush. I use it to get in those hard to get at places like at the base of the faucet and knobs to get the gunk out.
ReplyDeleteLittle thing I couldn't clean without? That's easy to answer, my iPod!
ReplyDeleteMust have music to clean. Don't clean as often as I should, my excuse right now is I "need" a better vacuum, but music is a definite must when doing a chore!
Love the sugar dusted eggs. Truly beautiful!
Love the glittery effect on your card.Thing I cant clean without is my little BRAIN telling me: Oh! come on pick up the Vaccume now :))
ReplyDeleteI will be copying the fine glitter trick -- sometimes my cards need a bit 'o bling.
ReplyDeleteI use a lambswool duster to clean the cobwebs and dust from upper ledges and shelves and angles on high ceilings. Love that little thing. You can also immobilize a spider in it and transport it safely outside.
I couldn't clean my house without my lambs wool duster.
ReplyDeleteThis comment has been removed by the author.
ReplyDeleteI love using the tiny brushes that are made to clean between your teeth to clean all the little crevices around my faucets. Definitely my favorite little cleaning tool.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't clean without Costco's antibacterial wipes! They are great for disinfecting and they work on small and big jobs. Love 'em!
ReplyDeleteI would have to say my bar clothes. I use them to clean down everything.
ReplyDeleteI think a little glitter, now and then, is a good thing! I love the subtlety of the fine glitter. The card is just lovely.
Rags. When bath, beach or hand towels start showing their age - they get cut into strips. Use these for cleaning everything!! Then they are put into bucket until there is enough to do a wash with bleach.
ReplyDeleteSusan - love your card - so very pretty. And I really like this week's OLW challenge - I'll have fun with that one!
ReplyDeleteI couldn't clean my house without HELP! I figure I don't make all of the mess so there is no reason I should be cleaning it all! LOL!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE LOVE LOVE glitter!
ReplyDeleteI could not clean anything and feel that it was genuinely clean without clorox wipes. I think everything should be squeaky clean.
Love the Sparkle on the eggs!! It really adds something special to the card! I can't clean my house without Mr. Clean. I know.. but that is what I used for cleaning solution.
ReplyDeleteLove the sweet Easter basket card! A bit of sparkle adds a nice touch!
ReplyDeleteI like to use a good quality dusting cloth and nice rags for cleaning. Old kitchen towels are good rags for sink cleaning, etc.
DeniseB
I am pretty sure that everyone will agree with me that the Mr Clean Eraser is definitely a little thing I could NOT clean my house without! SO hope to win! :-)
ReplyDeleteGlue pens and glitter are the best.
ReplyDeleteAs I said the other day, I use a toothbrush a lot in the kitchen. The other thing I go to over and over is a wooden skewer. Great for getting crud out of thight corners.
The egg challenge is great and of course i love your card.
ReplyDeleteThe newest little item i need to clean is the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.
Old washcloths. I use them in almost every room because I hate sponges! Lovely simple card today with glittery goodness.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card, Susan. As for cleaning, I could not clean without my tiny spray bottle of water. We have a lot of glass tables, etc. To clean them I use a little water and a microfiber cloth. Works like magic and the only thing I've found that doesn't leave streaks on all the glass!
ReplyDeleteVery cute card - I love sparkle! The one thing I can't clean my house without is my iPod: must have tunes while cleaning!!
ReplyDeleteLove the sparkle! I love my squeegee for washing the windows inside and out - NO streaks!
ReplyDeleteLove those "sugary" eggs! They look like the ones that used to have peepholes through which you could see an Easter scene.
ReplyDeleteMy fav cleaning tool is a microfiber cloth.
I also love the sugary eggs!
ReplyDeleteI couldn't clean without my, get ready for it (old school), my 300 CD's on random play!
ltborden
Never saw a glue pen. Must find one! Love those eggs. Swiffer....I need my Swiffer!
ReplyDeletei always use my clorox antibacterial wet wipes!!
ReplyDeleteI use flylady.com's purple cloths. They work magic on windows and mirrors, and can be used in the shower and for dusting, too.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely card.
ReplyDeleteI could not clean without the spray I make with equal parts of water & white vinegar.
Perfect touch for the eggs...what a beautiful card!
ReplyDeleteI have multiple chemical sensitivities so commercial cleaning products are out. I couldn't clean without good old-fashioned vinegar and baking soda...although not together!
I love the sparkly Easter card!
ReplyDeleteOne little thing that helps me clean my house is my ipod with tunes from the Lettermen or Beach Boys to harmonize along with. I blast the music, sing along and the job gets done quicker.
Love those little glittery eggs! So sweet!
ReplyDeleteI know it's not environmentally friendly, but I could not get by without my paper towels. Wet ones to wipe off dust from knick knacks, dry ones to shine chrome and clean mirrors, etc.
Loved the egg basket card - Tis the season!
ReplyDeleteWe have some hardwood and tile floors, and since I am picky about not only a clean floor but getting the edges clean too, my favorite tool and knee saver is a kneeling pad. Yes, I wash my floors on my hands and knees.
Ruth V
Love the stickles on the eggs. Great coloring!
ReplyDeleteWell, the one thing I use every day are my anti-bacterial wipes. Our kitchen is the most used room in our house and is, therefore, always getting dirty. Those wipes make cleaning tables, counters and stovetops easy.
I use papertowels most but LOVE the magic eraser for the magic quality :-)
ReplyDeleteNorwex cloths are a little item which is extremely effective in cleaning all sorts of things and they last and last and last.
ReplyDeletevery pretty card, one little thing I could not clean my house without would be my micro fibre mops, they pick up lots of dust bunnies :)
ReplyDeleteWell, my husb does the majority of the cleaning, but he's much more than a little thing. :D For me... baking soda. Multi-purpose, and no fragrance!
ReplyDeleteLove these touches of glitter on your card!
I don't clean my house often enough to have a favorite item... but I would say disinfecting wipes... makes my bathroom a little cleaner in a little time!!
ReplyDeleteGotta go with Magic Eraser too! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteeaeforcar3@hotmail.com
Very cute card. I cannot clean the house without a broom first.
ReplyDeleteCute easter basket!
ReplyDeleteHmmm, I can't clean without gloves as my skin is really sensitive. Does this count?
I don't have to clean my house (have the most amazing home "manager" Fatima - lucky me!) BUT if I had to choose . . . I love the Vax - makes her work so much easier!
ReplyDeleteLove stickles too - expanding my colour collection.
Favorite cleaning item has to be Vanishing Act. It's a super stain remover and with 2 dogs tracking in spring mud, I wouldn't be without it. Also works great on our clothes too.
ReplyDeleteI'll see if I can still slide into this day. Love the glitter eggs, and I love my microfiber dusting mitt that I got from Flylady.
ReplyDeleteI can not clean without my Dirtex. Found it years ago and love it.
ReplyDeleteLovely card, as always, I love the spring things. I love swiffers, you can dust in a flash if you need to. I also love, love, did I say love, my shark vaccum that my kids gave me for Christmas.
ReplyDeleteI have a full time job. I am lucky if I get 2 hours a week to create a card.
ReplyDeleteI've put paper towels and Windex Multipurpose in all three bathrooms and taught my kids (8 & 10 years old) to use them. They are young enough to think it's fun. I hope it becomes a habit before they become teenagers.
I don't a glue pen yet, but can imagine the ease of using it :)
ReplyDeleteFor cleaning, I need a broom, a clean moping cloth and a perfumed dis-infectant. Can't do without them!
Hi Susan ,it took ages to get to comment, such a long way down:0)
ReplyDeleteAnyway, my little thing that I couldn't do without when I'm cleaning is my micro fibre cloth it's a little magnet for dirt:0)
Love glue pens but leave me out of the draw please as I have the Hero Arts fine glitter, I couldn't do without it to be honest:0)
Thank you Susan for another fun post:0) xxx
Great challenge. Need to find some eggs.
ReplyDeleteMy little thing for cleaning my home is a maid, but because I lack the funds to hire one full-time, I must have rubber gloves.
Thanks for another fine post.
