Hero Arts has been a tad neglected here of late, so I'm showing an Asian-themed card using Hero Arts bamboo and sentiment stamps and my (relatively) new dragonfly punch.
The color scheme is actually prettier in real life...issues with contrast in Picasa made it impossible for me to edit it to be more accurate. The red is Cherry Cobbler from SU (so it's not as dark as the photo makes it look but still a nice, rich red). The gray is Memento London Fog.
Have a lovely weekend!

Gorgeous Susan, you and London Fog, I think it's almost as big a favourite as Pear Tart
I love that image, and the colors you've used! Beautiful card, Susan!!
Love it! Fabulous pop of colour wit the dragonflies and sentiment - rule of three used exquisitely :)
Lovely colors - not a combo I would have thought of.
Really beautiful design. Love it.
Gorgeous. I continue to learn so much from you, thank you.
now that's a great color combo!
Looks amazing! The oriental theme looks super. The dragonflies in cherry cobbler stand out so well. It's fab!
Stunning piece!!!
Love this one! Wouldn't thought of using grey myself - which is why I love coming here for inspiration
Very nice color combo.
Very, very nice card! Love the color combo.
Love the combination of bamboo and dragonflies!! And I have stamps for both. Thanks for the great idea.
Simply gorgeous!! Love the images and colors. tfs

Your cards always make me want to get my stamps out and get going Susan!
Yup! this is definitely a favourite, love the grey and red. I just painted 2 bedroom walls charcoal grey and am loving it ATM but my accent is white mmmm and wood, so far so good:0) Have a great weekend, Gay xxx
A gorgeous card, love the colour combo
I absolutely LOVE this! Fabulous color combo and layout!!!
I love your style and I love Betsy veldman's style,
I am subscribed to both. My acrylic blocks have
StazOn all over them, it drives me crazy and
it keeps the clear mount rubber stamps from sticking to
the blocks so well, but it's because I'm heavy Handed. Lol
and it's permanent, the only thing that will remove it is finger nail polish
remover for acrylic nails, but I'm out of it! So, I just craft on.
And hope to remember to add it to my grocery list. Lol
Pretty and blingy and perfect. :)
Love this - the added bling to the bugs is perfect! I'll have to go dig out my dragonfly punch now.
