I know some of you misread that post title, didn't you? I don't have a potty mouth.
Usually.
But the other day, I got into a stamping snit. After ruining a bunch of paper on bad cards and wasting a bunch of bling on a card so ugly it looked like Tinkerbell vomited on it, I was so irritated that I very deliberately found the smallest stamp on my desk and a fun sentiment and made this card.
Take that, card stock.
And then I walked away.
Because, for me, white space wins every time.
The End.
Supplies:
stamps: Hero Arts Friends
ink: Hero Arts green hills, pool; Memento black
paper: Papertrey Ink
accessories: rhinestones, corner rounder
i totally misread it! LOL
ReplyDeleteI honestly exploded into laughter at your stamping snit and I totally understand where you were coming from.
ReplyDeleteLove your card.

I, for one, would like to see some of what you call "snit worthy." Please, pretty please????
ReplyDeleteGreat card. Great sentiment.
ReplyDeleteAnd a perfect ending!!
ReplyDeleteThis is just perfect and just ...you.
ReplyDeleteGreat card!Been there!
ReplyDeleteLaughing with you (been there, done that). Fabulous card and I love the play on words - the sentiment TOTALLY rocks with the 2 butterflies.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! That was hilarious!! You have such a way with words to illustrate your point (Tinkerbell vomit--I can hear little bells jingling when it happens.) I needed a laugh today. I'm actually headed to your neck of the woods this weekend for my annual bike trip with three friends. I hope you've prayed for nice weather in Ohio this week so we can enjoy the blessings Ohio has to offer. Of course, if it rains one day I can spend a little time stamping (because I always take some supplies with me!)
ReplyDeleteAnd it all ended happily ever after. Thank you, I've just finished wiping the tears of laughter away ... and will never be able to think of Tinkerbell in the same way again. Sweet card! Anita :)

ReplyDeleteThanks for the great laugh! You made the sweetest card as a result of your snit (and I did read "snit" when I saw the post - not "s..." so I guess my mind is in the right place!
ReplyDeleteA perfect "snit" card.
