The birch trees were stamped in VersaMark ink (first time I used it in a year, actually!) and embossed with clear embossing powder. Then, I masked the edges of the image with post-its, sponged on bashful blue ink, and wiped the excess off the embossing with a tissue. I stamped the sentiment and birds in Palette Noir.See. Resistance is both futile and pretty!

This stamp is pushing me over the edge into spending $24, now that you've made it sooooooo stunning for its calming effect.
By the way, when you've used a stamp most of us don't have, check out Ebay and watch us bid on that stamp. It's a riot how committed we are to paying just about whatever it takes to try our luck at being "just like Susan when I grow up"........if ONLY all it would take is the right stamp! :-)
