OLW103, Scoring

Finally! Here's my card for OLW103, hosted by Karen Dunbrook. Sorry it took so long!

I used three scored lines to ground my wintery Christmas tree. The color combo here--Memento Bahama Blue and London Fog--is so striking in real life...not sure the photo does it justice.

stamps: Papertrey Winterberry (ornament, sentiment), Falling Leaves (tree)
ink: Memento
paper: PTI white
accessories: Scor-Pal, rhinestones

  1. Susan - your card is stunning in it's simplicity. Absolutely gorgeous.

  2. Good things come to all of us who were waiting! ;) LOVE this, Susan--a fabulous holiday card! :)

  3. I really liked your scoring as grounding. It's so subtle. I love that blue and grey together, too. It's just classy. I'd have made the tree brown, and the Christmas ornament red --- how boring. This is so much prettier!

  4. Love the simple elegance of this card, the way you've grounded the tree with the scoring, and balanced the sentiment with that single ornament. And just a bit of bling - perfect!

  5. I am loving these colors together - and your Charlie Brown tree is cute~ :)

  8. Love Bahama blue with the London Fog together with this image very stylish. Great challenge~Gratitude~ I say Time to take back Thanksgiving!
