Getting Clever with Die Cuts

Here's another card using a die cut sent by the oh-so-kind Sharon. Peace on earth. Get it?

Happy Wednesday!

stamps: Papertrey Masculine Motifs
ink: Versacolor bisque
paper: PTI white, aqua mist (?)
accessories: dimensionals, die cut from Sharon!, glue pen

  1. Oh my yes, I get it. Peace literally on earth. This is great, Susan. Two simple stamps can add up to quite a message.

  2. Great card - there used to be a tv programme over here - was it called 'Catchphrase' where teams had to 'say what you see' of images on screen - this one would be perfect for one of those games. I don't have the word all together but have the block alphabet dies and intend to use them next year to do something like this...but your card is so well thought out....if there could be peace on earth it would be wonderful indeed.

  3. I believe that visuals mean more than words - this is clever and I love it!!

  4. Absolutely fabulous !!!!

  5. If only it were this easy. We can (and will) always hope. This is exactly the type of card that appeals to me--humor packed with a meaningful message.

  6. You are so clever and talented! This is amazing on so many levels.

  7. Brilliant! It reminds me of word games we used to play at Christmas parties when I was in my 20s.

  8. Nice card that Sharon made! I can't believe I have two very similarly designed cards among the few cards I have to add to my gallery today. The first one has a twine peace sign I crafted w/the word peace (cut from my TH alpha die) on it. The other has a stamped globe image w/the same die cut word. Cool! :)

Thank you so much for taking time to comment!
